What is Vegetable Carnival Mod
Vegetable Carnival Mod aims to bring a revolution to the way you farm in Minecraft. The mod adds a new multi-block farming machine that presents automated farming in a highly convenient yet easily programmable format. To program the farm actions, you must place specific blocks underneath the farm.
To get deeper into the idea of how it works, there are two concepts to know: the Key Position and the Cursor Position.
The Key Position is the position where the machine looks to define a behavior at the Cursor Position. Each block based on the plane that intersects the farm as a whole have their own Key chains. Key chains are series of blocks underneath the block that the Autofarm is enacting its actions on. There is a limit of 12 Keys.
The autofarm as a whole is rotatable. The whole thing! This allows you to automate farms that require to be sideways or upside down due to special crops or trees.
In order to power this machine, you must power the block component of the multiblock that is the red Farm Cable block. If it is colored Dark Red, that means the farm is not assembled yet. It accepts Forge Units and Redstone Flux for power.
Blocks of Emerald will move the Cursor Position up by 1.
Blocks of Diamond will move the Cursor Position down by 1.
Bedrock and Obsidian will cancel the Key chain, making the Autofarm move on to the next block.
Cobblestone will convert Dirt into Tilled Farmland.
White Wool will make the Key skip 1 block.
Orange Wool will make the Key skip 2 blocks.
Magenta Wool will make the Key skip 3 blocks.
Light Blue Wool will make the Key skip 4 blocks.
