What is Timberjack Mod
Tired of gravity defying Trees? Not very like how trivial other Tree felling mods make wood gathering? This seems to be a very small thing that may not be itchy to some people. However, for perfectionists, this is a nightmare, because it is not how trees fall down in real life and we who come to Minecraft mods all share a common thought that is to make the vanilla Minecraft stick more to real life, to make the pixel world a better version of itself, an improved and enhanced one. Therefore, we should have tree falling obeys the natural law. And Timberjack Mod helps that.
Timberjack Mod is a small and aesthetic mod that forces trees to obey the laws of gravity. When you chop them down, everything will come crashing down. Even your head is the target if you are not watching carefully.
It supports all but the biggest trees. Natura Redwoods, BoP Sacred Oaks, and Forestry Giant Sequoias are blacklisted by default, but you can enable them if you want. The results can be a bit unpredictable with trees that big though, which is why they are disabled by default.
It works fine on servers, and the algorithm is spread out over multiple ticks so you shouldn’t see any significant impact to your game’s performance.
