What is Meat Mod

Meat Mod for Minecraft 1.12, 1.11.2, 1.11, 1.10.2, 1.9.4, 1.8.9, 1.7.10 –

It’s simple as it could be, Meat Mod simply provides you with meat and related items. Don’t ignore the mod if you are even a vegetarian, the mod has more things to expect than just meat and meat. Want to know how many items added in the mod, let’s look at the figure below.

Main features:

  • 20 new blocks!
  • 16 new items!
  • 37 new crafting recipes!
  • 36 new textures!

There are 30 blocks at the moment. An example of the blocks is this. Raw Chicken Block, Compressed Raw Chicken Block, Cooked Chicken Block, Compressed Cooked Chicken Block, etc… This is the shared pattern that all blocks follow but with different meats. This should be widely used for storage and a quicker method to have your food cooked. Also there is a meat wood block (which will come in handy later). You also may find spawn random in the world the meat ore which once get smelt will give you a meat ingot. The placeholder block is for a ultra meat block which will be released later with a bunch of other things!

There are tools raw/cooked armor and compressed food so you can regenerate your hunger faster. These tools will serve as they are created to do and are crafted using the meat ingots from meat ore mentioned above. Keep in mind that these tools are not edible (don’t even think about trying it). There is also an ultra meat made from a variety types of meats. The meat potion will give you strength and slowness. All food items can be fed to dogs.

Five mobs current added. The mobs are, the cooked meat zombie, the raw meat zombie, the cooked meat dog, the raw meat dog, and the meat dragon (WIP). The dogs can be tamed, mated and fed. You can ride on them when you attack them. Doing nothing much, the meat dragon is here mostly for aesthetic.
