What is Erosion 2 Mod
Erosion 2 Mod makes it so certain block will erode when there is water above them. When under flowing water, stone will become gravel, dirt will become sand, and undyed hardened clay will become red sand. When under still water, sand will become clay. Also, Cobblestone and Stone Bricks will grow moss when adjacent to water.
The main aim of Erosion 2 Mod is to add a renewable source of sand and gravel. In the configuration file, each type of erosion can be disabled, or the conditions can be changed (whether it requires flowing water, still water, or either). There is also a type of erosion disabled by default which turns gravel into sand.
Note: Because of the way this mod is programmed, no erosion will occur until the erosion is triggered. Erosion will only trigger when a living entity is nearby. Once erosion is triggered, it will spread to adjacent blocks.
Here are what you can configure specifically:
This mod can be configured to erode any block into any other block.
To add a new erosion type, you must add it to the register list in the main section. It can be given a random name, but the name must match the section we’re about to create. To create a new section, it is suggested that you should copy and paste one section that is already existing then edit it. Change the name to match the name you added to the register list. Each section has six fields.
