What is Configurable Lightning Mod
Charged creepers always piss you off? The natural lightning is not dangerous enough according to you? Skeleton Horses are your worst nightmare? If you ever think about one of the above-mentioned issue, then Configurable Lightning Mod is the mod for you. The mod adds new game rules for lightning.
/gamerule lightningProbability <integer>
This number means there is 1 chance out of (number) that an EntityLightningBolt spawns when it’s raining, setting it to 0 or lower will disable lightning bolts. (default: 100000)
/gamerule lightningFire <boolean>
Enables/disables fire created by ligthning. (default: true)
/gamerule lightningDamage <float>
Damage dealt by ligthing (default: 5.0)
/gamerule lightningRange <double>
Entites inside this range will be damaged by ligthning (default: 3.0)
/gamerule lightningHorseSpawning <boolean>
Should lightning spawn skeleton horses? (default: true)
Setting any of this values to an invalid string such as “covefe” will set it to its default value.
Note to server users: Configurable Lightning Mod only needs to be on the server side which in this case means that vanilla players can use the new game rule as long as the mod is installed on the server.
Hope you enjoy this new mod and suggest any new idea (if possible) as well as reporting any bug or issue you meet when playing the mod. That’s would be so helpful for the sake of the mod itself. Good luck!
